A Fee of £99 payable at the outset when you apply for a mortgage plus up to 2% upon completion of the mortgage. For example for a loan amount of £50,000 we would charge 2%, which would equate to £1,000. On a typical mortgage case we would charge a fee of £995.00. We will also be paid commission from the lender.
